WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING?
Personal training is having a registered fitness industry professional assist you in reaching a variety of health or fitness related goals. These goals could be weight
loss, training for a team sport, stress relief, improved health conditions (blood pressure, obesity, muscular/postural problems, chronic heart disease, diabetes and many more). Most people could do with some form of training, though many don’t know how to go about it. That’s our job!
At Epsilon it’s all about you. It’s not our aim to just take you out for a body-breaking workout each week (unless that’s what you’re after!).

We offer a completely free, no obligation consultation. It will last up to about an hour and we use this time to carry out a complete health check (blood pressure, weight, height, body fat composition and more). You’ll then be asked about your lifestyle, diet, work, sleep and stress.
We’ll then move onto your objectives – these can be anything you like. People come from all walks of life, and it isn’t our aim to turn everyone into superhuman soldiers or cat-walk supermodels. We understand everyone is different, and so we’ll use all the information we’ve gathered to put together a plan that best suites you. At this point you can decide if you would like to carry on further with our training.
